However, their digital footprint was vastly underperforming. Their legacy website suffered from extreme load lag, poor mobile responsiveness, and zero local SEO strategy—leading to significant losses in organic discoverability for critical search terms like 'AC repair Accra'. They partnered with LinXar Labs to architect and launch a high-performance NextJS website, focusing heavily on modern UX, hyper-targeted local SEO, and a robust service-segmentation strategy to reclaim their digital authority and dramatically increase their inbound lead generation.

The Challenge
